General Information : -

Powerstick bonds in seconds. This quick tool free system is suitable for jointing a wide variety of timber, plastic and metal products. It involves a powerful two part multi-purpose cyanoacrylate adhesive including activator. Available in packs and as individual components.

. Activator is CFC free.
. Can be used in conjunction with Powerset to enable components to be held without clamps.
. De bonding agent is stocked to 'loosen' the adhesive.
. No waste with adhesive and activator available separately.
. Simple and speedy (saving on labour costs).

Application: -
To use, simply apply a small amount of adhesive to one surface of the joint, a quick spray of activator to the matching surface making sure that no over spray contacts the adhesive. Align carefully, bring together and hold firmly for 10 seconds to give a holding bond. Clean off any excess around adjacent areas. Allow a further 5 minutes to achieve a workable bond & 12 hours for full mechanical strength.

Shelf Life : -
The shelf life on both the adhesive and activator supplied on Powerstick kits is 12 months from date of invoice, providing the products have been stored below 25'C.

A high modulus acetoxy cure silicone sealant containing a powerful anti-fungal compound to inhibit mould growth. Quick curing, accomodates +/- 25% joint movement. Clear and various colours supplied in standard 310ml cartridges for use in skeleton gun SKG1.
Shelf life: 18 months
Storage: In a cool dry place

Application: -
Do not use in conjunction with bitumen, asphalt, lead or for aquariums. Porous substrates may require priming.
All surfaces to be sealed must be sound, dry and clean. Cut the tip of the cartridge clear of the thread. Apply the nozzle and cut at 45 degree angle to leave an opening slightly larger than the gap to be sealed. Apply using skeleton gun. To ensure a proper bond, smooth the sealant within 15 minutes of application using a spatula or suitable piece of wood dipped regularly in a soap and water solution. An improved appearance can be achieved by placing masking tape on both sides of the joint, removing within 5 minutes of creating the joint.

Application: -
Surfaces to be bonded must be clean & dry. Stir well before use and apply adhesive to both surfaces by brush, scraper or roller ensuring total area coverage (approx. 4-6 sq metres per litre). Allow to dry until the adhesive will adhere but not transfer when touched. This will normally take 10 minutes at 20'C. Bring the surfaces together and apply pressure over the whole area to ensure complete contact and exclusion of air.

Apply powerset to either surface to be joined ensuring a firm and constant pressure during the curing period. Drying time depends upon conditions but approx. 30 -

General Information : -

General purpose panel adhesive. Eliminate screws, nails and fixings with this high grade product. Bonds most building materials (except expanded polystyrene) with good gap filling properties. Supplied in the large 330ml cartridge for extra value, easy application using a standard skeleton gun.

Application: -
Surfaces should be free of damp, oil, grease, dust etc. Cut nozzle to give the required line size (3-6mm dia.) depending on the gap to be filled. Apply lines of adhesive at approx. 300mm centres on the surface to be bonded. For light panel materials, immediately press firmly on to the adhesive and leave to set. For heavier materials or those with pronounced bowing proceed as wth light panels and then break the bond and hinge the panel away for 10-20 minutes before re-making the bond. Press well, preferably using a mallet and wood block to ensure a firm bond. Avoid contact with skin. Use barrier cream or wear gloves. Do not store below 10'C. Inflammable product.

TLGLUE50 is a single component, high viscosity adhesive formulated for bonding glass to metal. It cures rapidly to give a clear bond when exposed to UV-light.
